Our non-profit agency hosted its first-ever gala last summer. We wanted publicity for it, but we didn't have an advertising budget. Just by chance, Kjelene had reached out to our agency's PR reprenstative earlier in the year, offering to work with us if we ever needed to launch an ad campaign. Our PR representative got back in touch with her to ask what we'd be able to do without an ad budget. Kjelene was undaunted. She offered to find sponsors for a 30-second radio spot, and in no time at all she had two businesses willing to underwrite a commercial that ran 60 times in the month before the gala. Kjelene was also very accommodating regarding the content of the radio spot she produced. The information we gave her was too long to fit into the allotted time slot, so she included what she could along with some nice creative touches, and she was very patient when we had several changes we wanted to make. In fact, she was nice enough to re-record several times until we felt comfortable with the final product. We've been very happy with Kjelene's work and hope to work with her again in the future.
